Patients are responsible for arranging payment for a $79 at-home collection fee via credit card at the time of scheduling.

Please note that at-home specimen collection is not covered by health insurance and will not be submitted to your health plan. Quest Mobile does not participate with or bill in Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance billing.

While the at-home specimen collection will not be billed to your health plan, the laboratory tests performed would be billed as a health care claim to your health plan under the terms of the existing contractual agreements and in accordance with the Quest Diagnostics usual procedures.

Laboratory testing fees

While the in-home specimen collection would not be billed to your insurance, any laboratory specimens processed as part of the testing will be submitted to your health plan covered under its standard laboratory testing coverage.

You may be responsible for a portion of laboratory testing fees, which is separate from this mobile collection fee and any bill you may have received from your physician and/or paid at your physician’s office.
